Coriander, an easy to cultivate annual plant

Coriander seeds are sown from March to November, thus we can always have this plant available for our recipes or to make infusions. It is an annual plant that flowers in May and yields its fruit in June and July.

In order to obtain optimal results, it is recommended to cultivate coriander in a light, calcareous and well-drained soil.

Coriander Coriandrum sativum produces low bearing plants often about 30-50cm tall.
