Spontanica by K.C. Brains Holland is a regular indica-dominant variety that combines a sweet and earthy aromatic profile with a THC content between 18 and 20%, according to the breeder itself. Its effect is smooth at the onset, but potent and long-lasting, with a marked body component. An interesting option for growers looking for a classic, stable genetics oriented towards large outdoor productions.

Genetics: Secret Project No.1 x K.C. 33

Spontanica comes from the stable cross between Secret Project No.1 and K.C. 33, with clear dominance of indica genes. From that heritage it takes its bushy structure, dark green foliage and a thin but firm stem, with a balanced leaf-to-bud ratio that allows light to reach the entire plant well. Being regular seeds, you'll get both male and female plants, which is useful if your goal is to select mothers or work the genetics.

In cultivation: hardy and very productive

Indoors it stays contained, around 150 cm, with a flowering period of 8 to 10 weeks and yields of up to 150 g per plant (between 350 and 500 g/m²). Outdoors it completely changes scale: harvest is during the first half of October and can exceed 4.5 m in height with up to 900 g per plant. It's a mold-resistant plant and very easy to clone. It's advisable to support the branches, as the buds get quite heavy.

Flavor and effect: sweet, earthy and relaxing

The buds are large, compact and shiny, and start releasing a sweet and smooth aroma already at the end of flowering, with an earthy background and woody touches. When consumed it's well-rounded and not harsh, with an effect that comes on smoothly and settles into a prolonged physical relaxation, more suitable for the end of the day. All this with that 18-20% THC that gives it body without being excessive.
