The marijuana strain Bubble Gum from Serious Seeds, as all the genetics of this seed bank, quickly became very famous within the community of marijuana growers, for its sweet fragrances with a bubble gum flavour and its stimulating high effect.
It is a medium sized plant that produces few branches, but develops compact buds covered with trichomes.
Bubble Gum is originally from Indiana, in the United States, and travelled to New England before coming to the Netherlands, where the breeding team of Serious Seeds bred it for several generations.
This stabilisation work was carried out until getting an Inbred Line (IBL) that, unlike hybrids, it has been crossed with itself enough times to not express significant variations between individuals from the same generation; we can then speak about a strain called 'pure'.
In addition to its unique flavour, tasting Bubble Gum is accompanied by an euphoric and positive effect, Sativa style, ideal for festive activities.
Bubble Gum won 2 awards on the “1994 High Time Cannabis Cup”; second prize in 1995 and again another second prize in 1999.
