The cross originates from Cherry Cola, a line that fuses Cherry Cookies × Original Z, and links it with BF Super Auto #1, Barney's Farm's own high-yielding autoflowering variety. The result is an indica-dominant hybrid (65% indica / 35% sativa) that inherits the robust structure and resin production of its photoperiod parents, now adapted to an automatic cycle without the need for photoperiod changes. THC levels can reach up to 25%, according to the breeder's data.

Indoors, Cherry Cola Auto ranges between 90 and 130 cm in height and offers an indicative production of 500–650 g/m².
