Huesca Grow 18-10-2021 Has bought this article Howdy all, i bought this fan & a couple of wks later, it stopped working. i 1st talked to Alchimia via telephone, explaining what happened with the fan. they told me to tell them the same but in an email. i zapped them an email explaining the problem i had with the fan & how it just died. the same day, i got an email back, saying that they would send me a new fan. 2 days later the new fan arrived, at no cost to me. it wasnt the same fan but the new 1 works great, i want to thank alchimia for respecting the warranty of the fan & the quick way that they solved the problem. i have been a client of alchimia for yrs. they have always treated me professionally & with respect. i love their quality products, prices & the discounts that they have during the yr. thats why i keep on coming back.
