Transcription of the videotutorial for the Iolite E vaporiser :
Specialists in vaporisers, IOLITE has released their first electric vaporiser, the Wispr E. This time it’s in 5 colours: blue, black, orange, green and red.
Let’s open the box and see what’s inside. The first thing we find is the vaporiser itself (in this case it’s the back model), the instruction manual and another box, which we remove, we’ll see what's in there later.
Perfect, the vaporiser is in this cardboard protector, let’s remove it, there, at the moment without mouthpiece or bowl. The instructions, and let’s see what’s in the grey box: a power cable, a protective bag, a quick start instruction manual, the mouthpieces and inside the case, cleaning tools and spare mouthpieces.
The first thing we’ll do, before using it for the first time, is to charge the device for at least 4 hours to make sure the battery is fully charged. What we have to do is take the USB cable that comes in the box (micro USB), connect it to the device, in the correct position, logically. We can use any phone adaptor, a laptop, any USB port we can find will be fine to charge the battery.
We simply connect it to the electric mains supply and we’ll see that the light around the power button turns an orange colour. This means it’s charging… while we wait, we can prepare the bowl, the mouthpiece and the filling chamber. We’ve seen that it comes with 2 little bags, in one of them there are 2 sets of silicone tubing with loose mouthpieces, and in one of those is the filling chamber.
This piece can be disassembled, inside there’s a screen and a clip that can also be taken apart for cleaning, simply insert the silicone tube, and it’s ready to work…
Now 4 hours have passed, the Wispr E is charged and we’ve come outside to relax and try our vaporiser in peace. The first thing we’re going to do is start it up, to do that we simply press the On/Off button for 3 seconds to turn the light a green colour. This means it’s started to heat up.
Let’s fill it, breaking up the herb a little, without packing it too much, there’s no need to, because if we do then it’ll be harder to vaporise later. The air won’t move around the circuit and it’s going to be a lot more difficult. So, it takes about 2-3 minutes, then the vaporiser starts heating at 190ºC and after 10 minutes it’s up to 210ºC, meaning we can finish off enjoying the herb fully in this last stage of vaporisation.
After a total of 20 minutes of use, the vaporiser will switch itself off. If we want to turn it off before that, we simply press the On/Off button. It’ll be more than 2-3 minutes now, let’s start to vaporise, and see how the Wispr E works… Brilliant !!
Now we’ve recovered from the outdoor vape session, let’s see how to clean and how to disassemble our vaporiser, the Wispr E. We’ve seen how the mouthpiece is attached to the filling chamber, well then we separate it from the body and with this simple action we separate the chamber from silicon tube.
The silicone tubing holds the mouthpiece, that we can also take apart. The manufacturer recommends washing it with water only, or with a neutral soap, never with isopropyl alcohol… they also say that we can clean it in the dishwasher if we wish, being careful not to lose any pieces, of course.
We can see in the bag that we’ve got this pipe-cleaner to clean the interior of the silicon tubing…
We can do the same with the mouthpiece, although it’s a bit narrower it still fits through… and what we want to do now is remove the screen that is fitted inside the bowl. To do that, we’ll use this tool, simply pressing on this side we can push the clip and screen out. Carefully, because it could pop out, as just happened with the clip.
And here he have them, on one side the screen and the clip. To fit them, well, similarly… put the screen in, then the clip, push them in, then with this wider tool we can press in until it’s well-fitted at the bottom of the bowl.
You’ve seen how simple it is to assemble, disassemble, and operate this new vaporiser, the IOLITE Wispr E, the first electric vaporiser from Iolite.
