Do not touch the rest, and do not place the strip before testing on a surface or other, that is to say, open the case/bag just before doing the test in a clean and dry container. which then contains the urine sample (non-cloudy urine, which must be at room temperature between 15°C and 30°C, just like the strip and its case). We soak the white end of the strip (where the blue wave designs are) for 15 to 30 seconds, the blue line being the limit not to be exceeded for contact with urine (do not exceed the blue line and even less the triangles located higher up). Then we remove the strip and place it on a flat surface whose material is not absorbent, then we wait 5 minutes using a timer/stopwatch/clock/watch/alarm clock, and we read the result immediately after 5 minutes in the center of the strip (area located between the blue triangles and the solid blue part), after 8 to 10 minutes of waiting the results will be less reliable, and beyond 15 minutes of waiting the result can be distorted so there is no point in interpreting the results after this duration, the test is no longer viable in this case.
