LIO 70 by Master Products is a professional high capacity freeze dryer, designed to provide fast, clean and accurate drying by vacuum freeze drying.
Thanks to its controlled freezing technology and stable vacuum, it removes moisture from the material without altering the terpenes, cannabinoids or the natural appearance of the flowers or extracts. Advanced drying technology
Manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel, LIO 70 combines industrial robustness with laboratory precision, guaranteeing reproducible and high purity results. It is the perfect choice for technical producers, laboratories or professional facilities looking to process larger volumes while maintaining the highest quality of the final product.
The LIO Freeze Drying system allows direct sublimation of frozen water to steam without passing through the liquid state, avoiding oxidation and thermal degradation.the result is homogeneous, fast drying without loss of aroma or colour, maintaining the organoleptic profiles of the plant material or extractions intact.
LIO 70 incorporates digital control with touch screen, where temperature, pressure and cycle time are regulated with total precision. This allows processes to be repeated identically, ensuring consistency and traceability in each batch.
