Guaranteed freshness and simple storage

At Alchimia we work with fresh truffles harvested in the Netherlands and selected for their quality. Muskoka arrives in an airtight container (not vacuum-sealed, so the packaging may not be completely tight-fitting and a slight blue-green tone is completely normal). To maximise its preservation, it should be stored unopened in the refrigerator inside its sealed container. For longer storage, it can be dried without heat; never frozen, as this damages their cell membranes and they cease to be collectable.
