How do you play?

The mechanics are agile and intuitive. On your turn, you play material cards (flowers, hash or concentrates) and combine them with paraphernalia cards (grinders, blunts, pipes) to score the maximum points possible. The support cards allow you to protect your play or boost it, while the anti-downer cards and the dreaded dirty trick card (only 6 copies in the entire deck) give you the option to sabotage your rivals at the most opportune moment. Each round, the player acting as Ruler activates one of the 14 available events, which can turn the game unexpectedly for better or worse. The Ruler role rotates, so everyone will have their moment of power.

Strategy and lots of laughs

Ruler mixes three very well-balanced mechanics: set collection (gathering the best card combinations), hand management (deciding when to play each card) and direct interaction between players, known in the gaming world as take-that. The result is a game where you can never let your guard down, because at any moment someone can throw you a Dirty Trick and take half your score. The tone is casual and urban, and the approximately 45-minute games move at full speed without anyone getting left behind.
