Star Apple is a feminized variety from Higher Heights, a breeder based in Mendocino County (California), born from the cross between Green Apple Gas and Pineapple Mojito. It's a large-sized plant with fast growth, featuring very pronounced terpenes of sour green apple, sharp citrus, and creamy gas. An option designed for growers seeking voluminous harvests without sacrificing a demanding terpene profile.

Genetics: two Californian lines with intense terpenes

Green Apple Gas was created at Higher Heights Farm in 2020 from a clone of GMO Cookies and Brozé (BanjoRoze x Russian Lemon), responsible for the apple and gasoline character along with good production. Pineapple Mojito (Carambola x Lemon Limez) contributes size, speed, and load capacity. The resulting structure is broad, with large leaves, strong branches, and many main tops.

In cultivation: vigorous, wide, and very productive

Its flowering period is 8-9 weeks and outdoors it's harvested in early October. It responds well to pruning of lower branches and the plant's interior to concentrate energy on upper buds. Although branches are solid, staking is advisable, as flowers reach considerable size and weight—it's a heavy producer.

Flavor and effect: sour apple, funk, and creamy gas

Flowers are large and compact, with notable resin coverage and a silvery green appearance with purple and reddish hues; some phenotypes turn clearly purple. In nose and taste it combines sour apple, pungent citrus, and a background of creamy gas with funk touches. Stimulating and creative effects, with Green Apple Gas associated with an energetic sensation and Pineapple Mojito with a balanced hybrid effect.
