Is the only difference between the 2,2kg extractor and the 4,4kg extractor the amount of flowers you can process or are there any other differences? Also: how long does the extractionprocess take? And lastly we want know what accessories we need to work with the extractor. You mention that "Some extra accessories (not included) are needed to operate this system, such as a vacuum pump or an gas recovery system." But what exactly is needed to operate with this system? Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, effectively, the tubes and tanks are larger on the 4.4kg model, allowing for double the amount of material to be extracted in one pass than with the 2.2kg model. The extraction process for BHO is really very fast, only really taking as long as the gas takes to pass through the extraction tube, although the recovery of the butane and subsecuent cleaning up and dismounting the equipment will take more time. It's in the purging process that BHO needs much ore time and patience. As far as the additional equipmemt goes, a suitable vacuum pump is required, for example the Rothenberger Roairvac 6.0 and also a gas recovery system such as the VRR24M.
