Heavy Mix by Top Crop, the nutrient-rich substrate

Heavy Mix is an ideal choice for growers who do not wish to add liquid nutrients to the substrate for several weeks. The plants can be nourished directly on this substrate rich in nutrients similar to Top Crop's All-Mix.

It is composed with a high concentration of high quality nutrients. The plants can develop in the best conditions by assimilating the nutritious elements they need directly from the substrate.

Top Crop Heavy Mix is a mixture of coconut fibre, blonde and black peat, a formula enriched with lava flour, bat guano and expelled clay which facilitates drainage and prevents the soil from compacting, making it easier for the plant to absorb nutrients.

Top Crop Heavy Mix composition:

Coconut fibre, blonde Sphagnum peat (H2-H4), black Sphagnum peat (H6-H7), expanded clay 0-4mm together with:

  • Crushed volcanic gravel (0.6g/L)
  • Bat guano (1,2g/L)
  • Solid mixture of macro and micronutrients (3g/L)
  • Leonardite (2g/L).
  • Organic matter on dry matter: 58.7%
  • Electrical conductivity in water (1:5 V/V)
  • EC: 449 μS/cm (25ºC). [(1:1.5 V/V) EC: 1200 μS/cm]
  • Dry bulk density: 156.7 g/L
  • pH in water (1/5 V/V): 6.5
