This product is based on a combination of Group B Vitamins, Creatine, Plant and Herbal Extracts as well as some carbohydrates, as well as Vitamin C and Guarana, stimulating the metabolism to eliminate accumulated toxins.

According to the High Voltage website, these are designed to work on a body weight of up to 14 stone, so I'd recommend taking two of them to be on the safe side, although results will vary depending on your level of consumption.
