Genetics and Cross Origin

Its lineage comes from the Mona Lisa line (Black Apple x London Pound Cake 75 x Kushmints 11), crossed with Original Bubblegum from T.H.Seeds. From the Black Apple branch it inherits those intense purple, dark red and almost black colorations in late flowering that give it so much bag appeal, while Original Bubblegum adds the unmistakable bubblegum-like sweetness. The result is a balanced hybrid in structure and very expressive both visually and aromatically.

Indoor and Outdoor Growing

Indoors it completes flowering in about 9 weeks, with yields of 550-650 g/m² and a height of 110-160 cm. It develops a balanced structure, with good lateral branching, excellent flower-to-leaf ratio and dense buds from top to bottom. When switching to flowering it stretches approximately x2-2.5, something to keep in mind when planning your space.

To get the most out of it, it's best to top during vegetative growth, apply LST to open up the canopy and clean lower branches; it also responds very well to SCROG. It's an easy to medium difficulty variety with very high resin production, making it especially interesting for extractions like Ice o Lator, bubble hash, dry sift or rosin. Outdoors it also performs well and allows for bending and opening branches to increase yield. A proper drying and 14-20 day cure help round out the final result.

Aromas, Flavors and Effects

On the nose it displays a clearly sweet and candy-like profile: bubblegum, green candy apple, blueberry syrup and cotton candy, finished with a final touch of mint. On the palate it repeats that same line, with candy apple and blueberry syrup at the forefront, cotton candy and sweet bubblegum in the background and a slight minty nuance, leaving a very persistent sweet aftertaste.

Effects-wise it's described as a balanced hybrid, both creative and relaxing at the same time. The sativa component provides a mental and creative stimulation, while the indica part adds a smooth body relaxation, without falling into heavy sedation (a creative, relaxed and very smooth profile). That's why it fits well for creative projects, music sessions, relaxed social moments and unwinding in the evening or at night.
