This method involves mechanically separating trichomes from plant material through filtration, resulting in a natural process that ensures high-quality extractions. The MX ICE 200 LiTE features a 90W adjustable motor, providing sufficient power for effective trichome extraction. Constructed from stainless steel for both its structure and tanks, it offers a hygienic, easy-to-clean solution, perfectly suited for cannabis use. The machine includes two tanks with insulating coatings to maintain a consistent and optimal temperature throughout the process. Its design allows for operation by a single individual, ensuring simplicity and efficiency in use.

The MX ICE 200 LiTE features an analogue controller that offers precise control over temperature and time, as well as adjustable speed (RPM) to meet specific extraction needs, enabling the production of various quality levels. To further ensure the integrity of the trichomes, the machine is equipped with a Safety Chamber, made from stainless steel, located at the bottom of the tank. This chamber enhances trichomes preservation and integrity throughout the extraction process.

Comprehensive Filtration and Easy Maintenance

Included with the MX ICE 200 LiTE are five filtering screens, ranging from 45μ to 250μ, which allow for the separation of the extract into different quality grades. The machine is designed for easy maintenance, featuring quick disassembly for effortless cleaning after each extraction session, thereby ensuring a long service life.

Extracting hashish with MX ICE LiTE - Instructions:

1. Fill the tank with a layer of ice, followed by a layer of material (buds or trim), and then another layer of ice. Finally, add filtered water until the ice is covered.
2. Use the control panel to set the desired speed (RPM) and direction. The extraction time typically ranges from 3 to 20 minutes, depending on the material type and quality.
3. The Safety Chamber will protect and retain the trichomes, minimising their dispersion.
4. Prepare the collection tank by placing its screens in order, with the smallest screen at the bottom and the largest at the top. Allow the water to drain from the extraction tank into the filter tank.
5. Before extracting, rinse the bags with cold water to ensure thorough filtering of the resin.
6. Spread the resin in trays in the thinnest layers possible to facilitate even drying. This can be done manually or by using freeze drying for a professional finish.
