Genetics and origin of Obsidian

This variety is born from the cross between The Keeper (Zoap x RS11) and Black Magic, an exceptional donor male that provides greater resin production, more compact buds, and real potency in every hit. The combination results in a medium-tall plant with moderate-high stretch and a very uniform vertical growth pattern. The buds adopt the characteristic golf ball shape typical of RS genetics, dense and resinous, with dark colors ranging from deep purple to green, with darker shades predominating.

In indoor cultivation, Obsidian completes its flowering in 8-9 weeks, offering yields of up to 550 grams per square meter. Its structure facilitates manicuring and presents no special growing requirements, being suitable for growers of any level.
