Opinion validation process

How we verify that all customer reviews are authentic, our validation and moderation policy, and the process through which comments collected after a purchase from Alchimiaweb are reviewed.

Verification of real opinions

We work in collaboration with Ekomi, which helps us efficiently verify reviews.

Ekomi helps us manage service and product reviews independently and transparently. Once collected, these reviews are verified by the Ekomi team and subsequently published on the website.
The average time to validate and publish a review is 24 to 48 hours.
Only opinions and ratings from customers who have placed orders with Alchimiaweb will be collected.
In order to obtain a more accurate assessment, we will request customer feedback at various times, allowing them the time needed to properly test the product.

Moderation policies

The user may leave a comment or opinion about a product, service, or our site. To do so, they must choose a username (their own name or a pseudonym). We inform you that the pseudonym used may be subject to moderation and must not in any way infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties or violate the conditions set forth below. The user is responsible for the comments they submit to the Site. They are bound by applicable laws and regulations, particularly those that suppress or restrict abuses of freedom of expression.

ALCHIMIAWEB, SL reserves the right not to publish or to delete any comment that is contrary to the following conditions, including, but not limited to:

Content of a violent, defamatory, abusive, illegal, or obscene nature. • Invasions of privacy and, in general, of the rights of any person.
Whose purpose offends human dignity.
Texts that are degrading, insulting, or harass any other user, our employees, or our partners.
That incite violence or the commission of a crime.
Statements that violate the protection of a third party's personal data.
Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties (including articles, books, etc.) for which you do not have the necessary authorization from the authors and/or assignees.

Any messages that do not comply with these rules may be deleted without prior notice.

To this end, the author of the unpublished comment will be notified by email of the reasons why the notice has not been published as soon as possible.

Users may request clarifications regarding moderation using the Site's contact information (including their email address, nickname, and URL of the article in question), but online comments regarding moderation work will not be posted.

In the event of non-compliance with these rules, ALCHIMIAWEB, SL reserves the right to systematically reject a user's comments and temporarily or permanently suspend their access to the comment service.

Moderation does not, a priori, allow for the detection of all illegal content, including, but not limited to, content that infringes the rights of third parties. Users are permitted to take any action or file complaints after posting their comment online if it is found to be illegal.

ALCHIMIAWEB, SL provides the user and its own moderation services with a device that allows them to report comments that:

Abuse or may be considered non-compliant with these general conditions of use or with the law.
They raise doubts about the authenticity of an opinion.

ALCHIMIAWEB, SL will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from this comment if the complaint is sufficiently substantiated. Therefore, you are free to remove any comment you consider to be inconsistent with these general terms of use or the law, without any formality or prior warning.

Users must avoid unfounded rumors, false information, inaccurate jokes, and dubious comparisons. Users must write legible and understandable messages so that everyone can understand them: no texting language, comments in all capital letters, or words in a foreign language (except in specific cases). No comments will be modified to comply with the requirements of this policy; they will be deleted outright. Comments that respond to a deleted comment may also be deleted.

Opinions are classified in chronological order.

Any published comment is retained for a maximum duration that will not exceed the time period for the online marketing of the product in question by ALCHIMIAWEB, SL

The user cannot modify published comments after they have been published.

ALCHIMIAWEB, SL does not provide any consideration to the user in exchange for writing a comment.
