RS 54 x Permanent Marker Feminized by Candies Seed Co

Information on RS 54 x Permanent Marker

RS 54 is a feminized photoperiod variety from Candies Seed Co, the project born between Barcelona and American "candy" culture. It combines a candy aromatic profile with a clear gas background, high potency, and a balanced, social effect. It's ideal for growers seeking the Permanent Marker signature in a more versatile format that's easy to enjoy daily.

Genetics: RS 54 x Permanent Marker

This seed comes from the cross between RS 54, also known as Rainbow Sherbet #54, and Permanent Marker. It's part of the Permanent Marker line from the Collector Series VOL.1, a family built around intense, modern terpenes, where each invited cross contributes its own nuance without losing the common identity.

Permanent Marker, the result of combining Biscotti, Sherb BX, and Jealousy, brings the gassy character and aromatic presence that gives the family its name. RS 54, on the other hand, adds the sweet and fruity side typical of Sherbet genetics, softening the overall profile and steering it toward a more approachable character.

In cultivation: photoperiod and medium production

RS 54 completes its flowering in a period of 8 to 10 weeks, a contained cycle that allows you to plan harvests without extending the growing calendar too much. Its production falls in the medium range, in line with the rest of the Permanent Marker family crosses, whose focus is more on aromatic quality than pure volume.

Since these are seeds from a cross, keep in mind that there may be variation between phenotypes depending on the plant and cultivation method, something common in collector lines that opens the door to selecting the specimen that best fits each grower.

Flavor and effect: candy, gas, and balance

The aromatic profile revolves around two very clear axes: a sweet candy base in the foreground and a gassy background reminiscent of its Permanent Marker heritage. The result is an expressive and recognizable aroma, more accessible than the most intense crosses in the family, but with enough character not to go unnoticed.

The effect is balanced and social, designed for daytime sessions and to easily fit into regular rotation. It's the most versatile option within the Permanent Marker line: it maintains its signature without reaching the heavier effects of its sisters, with high potency that's manageable.
