This variety is born from the cross between Grape Pie (from Cannarado) and a Trop Cherry male, coming from the Tropicana Cherry line (Tropicana Cookies x Cherry Cookies F3). This union brings together an indica-leaning parent, the Grape Pie, with a sativa-leaning line contributed by the Trop Cherry male. The male stands out for transmitting color and an abundant load of trichomes, traits that enrich a notably diverse offspring in which each plant can offer distinct nuances.

Indoor cultivation

Indoors, Trop Cherry Pie completes its flowering in 60-63 days. Most phenotypes develop a medium-height bush structure, with contained stretch that normally doesn't quite double its size, although specimens with somewhat more stretching may appear.

Its thick stems support heavy and compact flowers, a trait that points toward good bud quality. Being a regular seed, it requires sexing the plants, making it more suitable for growers with some experience or those interested in selecting and preserving their own mothers or fathers.

Outdoors it can achieve more than satisfactory productions with excellent coloration thanks to the temperature drop at the end of flowering; besides great bag appeal, quality extractions can be made. Harvest is estimated for early October.
