Velvet Mist is born from the cross between Purple Kush and Wedding Cake, a combination that results in an indica-dominant hybrid (around 70-75% indica according to the official source). Purple Kush contributes the purple tones, sedative effect and berry notes, while Wedding Cake adds sweetness, potency and that characteristic creamy vanilla flavor with an earthy background. It's a high-potency variety, with very high THC levels that sit approximately between 22% and 26%. Two phenotypes have also been identified, one of them with especially vivid purples.

Indoor and outdoor cultivation

Indoors, Velvet Mist remains medium-sized (under 120 cm), with a bushy structure and uniform distribution of compact, heavy and very resinous buds.
