Black Cherries genetics: Tropicanna Cherries x Kosher Kush

Black Cherries comes from the cross between Tropicanna Cherries and Kosher Kush, two lines with marked character. The first provides its explosive fruity and citric profile, while the second adds robust structure, resinous production and an unmistakable earthy background. The result is a 60% indica / 40% sativa hybrid with THC levels around 25%, integrated into the bank's Kosher Kush Hybrids LTD line.

Growing Black Cherries indoors and outdoors

Indoors, Black Cherries completes its flowering in about 9-10 weeks and can reach up to 700 g/m². It develops a slender structure, of medium height and short internodes, which makes it an ideal candidate for SOG setups. The trichome coverage is extremely dense and its good calyx/leaf ratio notably facilitates manicuring.

Outdoors, harvest is around early October and the plant performs better in warm, dry Mediterranean-type climates. With cool night temperatures, between 16 and 18 °C, the flowers and sugar leaves acquire very striking purple and burgundy tones. It's important to ensure good ventilation to prevent mold appearance.
