Northern Lights CBD genetics

Seeds Stockers breeders’ team has conducted a thorough selection work with the classic Northern Lights variety, resulting in a version particularly high in CBD and with a THC level below 0.5%. This strain is an Indica dominant plant that develops a compact structure with very wide leaves, typical of the Indica varieties. This plant is well suited to beginner growers, as it is easy to control and tolerant to the different problems that can arise during indoor or outdoor cannabis cultivation.

Despite this solid structure it may be necessary to assist with branch supports during the flowering stage as it produces bulky and compact flowers. The weight is therefore considerable which can cause the more fragile secondary stems to break. The harvest is ready after about 8 weeks of 12/12H photoperiod. The flowers must be well matured in order to obtain the highest levels of terpenes and cannabinoids. In outdoor cultivation in the northern hemisphere, it is ready to harvest between late September and early October.
