Deadhead OG is composed of the original Chemdawg '91 clone, also known under the name of "Skunk VA cut.". It is the source of many classics of the North American cannabis tradition, like the OG Kush and Sour Diesel. This exceptional genetics has been crossed with Tahoe OG, a variety of strong OG character.
The meeting of these two strains produce typical Kush plants with large leaves of dark green color. The plants tend to stretch significantly and produce large spaces between the nodes during the pre-flowering stage.
It is advisable to pinch the apex and practice other size control techniques to keep our plants more compact. Deadhead OG can be harvested after 8 weeks of flowering, with yields of 600 grams per m2 for the more experienced growers.
The Kush influence in this variety may make it necessary to use a carbon filter during flowering to eliminate its intense smell.
The flavor is citric, sweet and sour, while the strong effect relaxes the body and motivates the mind.
