Double D by K.C. Brains, also known as Danky Doodle, is a regular sativa-dominant variety that combines a sweet and slightly spicy aroma with THC levels that can reach 20%. Genetics: Viking, Big Bud and K.C. 636

Born from the cross of Viking '90 x Big Bud '93 x K.C. 636 male. From Viking it inherits its remarkable hardiness against pests, diseases and mould; from Big Bud, the enormous size of the buds and productivity; and from K.C. 636, the stability that characterizes the seed bank. The result is a tall, slender and sturdy plant, with green colas and narrow leaves, with the typical sativa bearing.

In cultivation: resistant and highly productive

Indoors it reaches about 170 cm and flowers in 9-11 weeks with productions of up to 300 g/m². Outdoors it displays its full potential: up to 3.5 metres in height, 9-12 week cycles and harvests that the seed bank estimates at up to 1,500 grams per plant, with harvest in early October. It adapts to pots, soil and hydroponics, and its ease of management makes it suitable for beginners.

Flavour and effect: sweet, spicy and citric

Its flowers release a soft perfume that gains intensity during flowering, with a sweet and slightly spicy background and citric and woody notes. When smoked it offers a powerful hit that settles in the body without overly clouding the mind, consistent with that 15-20% THC and with the thick layer of resin covering the buds.
