Alchimia is glad to present Fire'n Ice by Elev8 Seeds, a cannabis strain developed from the highly acclaimed Runtz and crossed with 2scoops, another outstanding strain of great calibre. The result is a new marijuana plant that inherits both parents' genes and provides growers with the possibility to enjoy several phenotypes for further cultivation as cuttings.
Fire'n Ice ancestors
On the one hand, Runtz, a strain highly desired by lovers of plants with a great terpenes potency, flavour and effect. Runtz was developed by Cookies Fam, and is the encounter between Zkittlez x Gelato33. This plant amazes both for the large resin production that its flowers contain and for its aroma and flavours that stand out from the average, with a tropical fruity and sour berry mix accompanied by a powerful and long-lasting effect.
On the other hand, 2Scoops, a marijuana plant cross between two delicious genetics developed by T-Bud, a T-Fly Genetics breeder. T-Bud, based in central California, has over 40 years of experience in genetic breeding. He has given express permission to Elev8 to use this prized jewel from the central Californian crown. It is well-known for being a highly resinous plant that contains a unique terpenes profile. Aromas and flavours reminiscent of orange flavoured Push Pops sweets.
Fire'n Ice cultivation
It is an easy to grow marijuana plant. It has a compact growth with medium-short internodal distances that make it a ramified plant ideal for indoors and outdoors. It responds well to pruning and can be cultivated in SCROG by applying several apical pruning as using the topping technique. It can also be cultivated in SOG, using 20-25 seeds per m2 to obtain an excellent production with a reduced growing time.
Fire'n Ice has a relatively short flowering period, requiring only about 9 weeks completing flowering indoors, offering high yields of up to 600g per m2. Outdoors the harvest is ready in October where large plants a high bud production are obtained under good growing conditions, with a yield of more than 800g per plant.
The aroma and flavour is a balanced combination of its ancestors. We can enjoy caramelised orange with tropical hints accompanied by spicy tropical pineapple notes.
The buds all over the plant are completely covered with trichomes. Its high THC levels make it a psychedelic blast. It is a well-balanced strain between Indica and Sativa worlds.
