Sweetopia has a typical medium sized Indica growth, developing mainly during the vegetative stage and showing a slight stretch after flowering.
This plant requires a little patience during growth to develop properly. To encourage the development of large shoots on the main branches, it is advisable to remove small branches and leaves where little light reaches the lower part of the plant during late growth. It is also advisable to remove some leaves from the centre to maximise air circulation, especially in humid conditions.
Sweetopia is not a very suitable Indica strain for cold and rainy climates, as it acquires a shrubby structure and produces dense buds. Its maximum expression and potency can be obtained in dry Mediterranean areas.
Sweetopia is ready to harvest after about 8-9 weeks of flowering, with a yield of up to 600g per m2 indoors, and a yield of up to 900g per plant outdoors.
