C99 from Female Seeds is the feminised reproduction of one of the best-loved cannabis strains of recent years, otherwise known as Cinderella 99 or Cindy 99.
This hugely popular version of C99 is a vigorous, fast-flowering, sativa-dominant hybrid and was created by combining the two main phenotypes from the original Cinderella 99 seeds, namely Grapefruit and Pineapple, both famous and named for their intensely fruity flavours.
The original Cinderella 99 from Brothers Grimm Seeds was the result of a painstaking breeding process over several generations, backcrossing Princess, a very special female clone from a seed found in a coffeeshop bud of Jack Herer, each time selecting to improve flowering time and potency.
In a surprisingly short time, you can expect to harvest high yields of large, thick, sticky and sugar-coated buds with delightfully strong aromas and sweet flavours of citrus and tropical fruits. The effect when consumed is powerful and reminiscent of a landrace sativa, uplifting, euphoric, electric, active, creative and clear - characteristics difficult to find in fast-flowering strains, which is what makes C99 a holy grail variety for both growers and smokers.
Specifically bred for indoor gardens, Female Seeds' version of C99 is even faster in vegetative growth (ready to flower just four weeks from germination) and quicker to finish than it's predecessors, finishing in just 7-8 weeks indoors, and giving an early harvest outdoors or in greenhouses, where it performs very well. It grows vigorously with a bushy structure, good branching, and it stays compact, at around 80-100cm indoors, so headroom won't be a problem.
