Durban Poison, a South African and Dutch Old School hybrid, tall, fast and easy to cultivate

Durban Poison is a Sativa dominant hybrid, a tall easy to grow plant cross between South African and Dutch varieties. It produces large Sativa leaves with long compact buds, with a flowering period of about 8-9 weeks with a sweet earthy flavour with aniseed undertones. It delivers a strong trippy cerebral high. This strain is a genetic blend between local South African (Durban) and Dutch Skunk (Nirvana Seeds) plants with a faster flowering period. The result is a Sativa hybrid with a shorter flowering period.

Durban Poison grows tall and produces very large fanshaped leaves that grow with long serrated blades and slender woody branches. Despite its Sativa heritage and slender structure, it is easy to grow and highly recommended for novice growers looking for a Sativa dominant hybrid not too demanding in terms of time and skills. THC levels reach up to 15%. It is a fast flowering strain, and yields around 450g per m2 indoors. Its resin-covered flowers are compact and elongated, filling every branch throughout.
