So, I tried 4 times within last 24 hours using different computers at home/work and all the attempts ended to the same error message!
"413 Request Entity Too Large" ! emailed you a snapshot of the error since I there is no uploading option here.
My pictures are 410KB Jpg format (way less than 2MB) and for the last attempt I only attached one picture but still got the same error.
As my the last try I made a pdf file with all pictures and explanations and emailed you today. you have everything but still no action, pretty clear why!
Its taking too much of my time and constantly passing me from one to another. you have everything you need to decide.

Less than 50% germinated and Alchimia doesn't take the responsibility for that!!!

Hi Navid, I'm sorry to hear that all your seeds didn't germinate. Please send an email to info@alchimiaweb.com with as much information as possible and we'll try and help you. We'll ask you to answer a few questions related to the seeds and your method of germination to ascertain what is to blame for the low germination.

After 50% of seed didn’t germinate I contacted Alchimia and claimed for non germinated seeds. They asked about methods and pictures of non germinated seeds. I attached 3 pics with detail of my germinating method, after 10 days I received an email that My claim is canceled since Alchimia need a picture!!!
3 pictures of the 25 non germinated seeds are not enough?!!! Of curse I’m sure that you are not stupid and have seen my pictures, you just playing a game not to take responsibilities.
PS. I’ve used the same method and 95% of my Canadian seed germinated !

Hi Navid, I've spoken to the reclamations department and they say your return form was filled in correctly but you didn't attach the images to the form. We can't accept the images via email, they must be uploaded when you fill out the reclaim form itself.
You will also need to fill out a separate reclamation form and upload photos for each of the varieties you've had problems germinating, please.

Hi again Navid, ok, so you've been in contact via emai and sent pics. I'll talk to the department involved and try and find out what happened with this, but in the meantime please send another email with the pictures. There's always a chance that there was a problem with the file. We take this kind of thin seriously, we don't play games and we certainly would never lie and pretend that we didn't see your pictures.
