Ketama is a 100% indica regular marihuana strain originary from Chefchaouen - a Moroccan town known for the high quality of its Hashish - which has been acclimated to the European climate since the 90's, already in AlchimiaWeb's landrace seed collection!

The Northern Rif is an area packed with marijuana resin manufacturers. Places like Ketama or Chefchaouen are generally associated to a golden, sandy, very tasty and aromatic hashish, with a complex, floral and spicy perfume with a relaxing and positive effect. World of Seeds staff collected, selected and bred the higher quality marijuana seeds from the Rift Valley before acclimating them to European climate.

Ketama enjoys dry and rocky soils, growing great in this kind of environment and needing very little watering and nutrients ; therefore, this is a strain that offers very good results when grown in guerrilla crops.

Ketama's flowering lasts 55-70 days, offering outdoor crops that are harvested in mid-October, reaching 400-500 grams per plant. This Indica strain is not very resistant to humid climates, so protecting its large and resinous buds from the rain using a greenhouse is highly recommended, where its cultivation is easy thanks to its compact structure.

Once the buds of Ketama are dried and cured, they present a generous layer of resin with an intense hashish and woody taste, while its effect is relaxing, suitable for medicinal purposes to effectively combat pains and insomnia.
