Rocalba Quadrato d'Asti Rosso peppers
Quadrato d'Asti Rosso peppers grow vigorously and have a medium full cycle.
This genetics produces peppers with a square shape, composed of 4 lobes and a size of about 10-12cm long. The pepper walls are thick and fleshy. These fruits have an intense red colour once they ripe.
The seeds are sown in a place sheltered from inclement weather and low temperatures. Once the plants have sprouted and developed about 5-6 leaves, they are transplanted in a moist and soft soil.
