Cum Laude is a cannabis strain with which the Positronics seed bank wanted to pay tribute to Professor Antonio Escohotado for his activism and for having devoted much of his life to the regularisation and normalisation of cannabis.

It is a vigorous plant that grows in the form of a spruce tree and produces little foliage. The leaves are narrow, pale in color and have a typical sativa look. The buds resemble ears of wheat coated with resin.

Cum Laude gives off a clear aniseed aroma with a hint of lavender while in the growth phase. When flowering, the aromas of coffee and exotic spices are clearly dominant.

Cum Laude's flavour is definitely the highlight of this variety. The taste of pine, lemon and tangerine leaves no one indifferent as it lasts long in the mouth. The resin covering the buds is drenched in mouthwatering terpenes.

Its devastating effect is immediate and long-lasting, allowing for some moments of maximum creativity. A strain of cannabis that is perfect to play music, enjoy an evening with friends, intimacy with your partner... In short, an ideal choice to have fun!

Cum Laude is a strong plant that grows equally well indoors, outdoors or in a greenhouse, handles rain and moisture well and is highly resistant mould.

To control the height of the plant when growing indoors, Positronics recommend either a very short vegetative period, or growing the plant in a 12/12 light cycle from germination.

In the great outdoors, Cum Laude can grow to huge proportions, so if discretion is needed, sow later in the season to ensure that the plants will stay smaller. Plant in full sunlight to get the full potential from your seeds.

Cum Laude is a heavy feeder so make sure plenty of nitrogen-rich fertiliser is available to the plant to avoid premature yellowing of leaves. The large buds will probably need some form of trellis or cane support as they often grow too heavy for the branches to cope with.
