Dutch Passion presents here Meringue, one of its latest 2019 feminised creations. This hybrid is a cross between two American strains that are currently creating a trend in the international cannabis market.

Meringue parents are well-known by growers following the American cannabis scene. the Wedding Cake cannabis and Animal Cookies variety are two reputable strains known by their flavours, effects and production.

Meringue has inherited best of both varieties, and is named for its sweet taste with fruity notes that is in great demand in new cannabis strains. It has a vigorous well-branched development, being highly adaptable to both indoor and outdoor cultivation.

This branchy structure makes it ideal for SCROG and main-lining cultivation, although also possible using SOG if performing low pruning before the flowering stage.

Meringue, compact, highly resinous and powerful buds

Merengue has an explosive bloom in all senses as it is a strain with a great production, quite remarkable considering that the majority of American hybrids usually have average yields.

It produces long branches loaded with compact buds, offering the consumer a potent effect due to the high quantity of trichomes and THC levels of 19%, a complete and effective variety in all ways.

The harvest is ready after about 8 weeks of flowering with a yield of up to 400-500g per m2 in indoor grow tent. Using HPS lighting we can obtain easily 1g per watt, or enhance production by using LEC lighting as it can increase gram-watt ratio up to 1.6g = 1w.

It produces a euphoric, social and fun effect with a feeling of well-being and body relaxation lasting for about 3 hours, all accompanied by a really special sweet flavours and smells that reminds us of meringue.
