Hi and thanks for your comment. The true Road Kill Skunk is one of those things that everyone says is lost forever, and then every few years someone comes out of the woodwork, claiming to have the original RKS from some old hippy who doesn't the internet and has kept it alive since the 70s. These revelations always seem to disappoint though, so it's hard to say exactly what the deal is anymore. One school of thought is that the true skunk aroma was from the Afghan landrace side of the cross, and there have been a few breeders chasing that particular unicorn but without results so far. Sorry that I can't offer more help on this, but keep searching and hopefully you'll find the holy grail one day.
