Cerise Blanche tomato is a mid-season Solanum lycopersicum cherry variety with indeterminate growth. Its fruits are perfect for eating raw or in salads. This French variety is highly productive, producing round and slightly flattened fruits weighing approximately 30g. Its creamy white colour and pleasantly acid taste make it a particularly attractive choice.

It is recommended to sow the seeds at late February once there is no risk of frost. Transplant them to their final location when the plants develop two pairs of true leaves. Harvesting begins in June and can continue until October. Cerise Blanche requires abundant sunlight and moderate watering. It adapts well to all types of well-drained soils, preferably those rich in organic matter.
