Hello, I would like to know if I can use a fertilizer for my Gorilla Girl F1 plants. I read online that Gorilla Girl F1 does not normally need a fertilizer. If yes, please which one would you recommend me? I found online a "fertilizers kit" from MmeGrow, which includes 3 fertilizers bottles (grow accelerator, jamaican bloom and sweet Lolita soil). Is it ok to use these for my Gorilla Girl F1 plant ? Btw, can I use normal earth or would you recommend for example a BioBizz Light-Mix ? Also, if possible, need to know the temperature required and how many hours of "light" per day it needs. Thank you so much for your understanding. Cheers, Jean

Hi Jean, thanks for your comment. While the plants will grow without fertilisers, they won't thrive and give the best results so you'll need some kind of nutrients to keep the plants healthy and ensure you get a good yield. You can find our range of nutrient kits at this link. The same goes for the soil, the plants will grow in bare soil but a substrate that's made specifically for growing cannabis, such as BioBizz, will give you far better results.
For more information and the answers to the rest of your questions, I'd recommend reading the growing guide on our blog where we have articles to help you get started with all the basics of indoor (and outdoor) cultivation. You can leave any grow-related questions in the comment section of any post and our experts will happily help you out.
All the best, happy growing!

Hi Bert, thanks for your comment and question. Yes, if you give a plant enough vegetative growth time and allow it to get really big before switching to flowering, then yes, I'm sure more than 2lb is possible, although you will need more space than usual in your grow tent. The harvest yields given in the seed descriptions are usually assuming a 3-4 week growth period. I hope that helps. Best wishes and happy growing!
