Batlle Basil - Genoese Giant

The Genoese Giant Basil is an aromatic plant with broad leaves, very suitable for culinary seasoning in pasta, meat and fish dishes.

Sowing takes place in spring and can be sown directly or in seedbeds. For the proper development of the plant it must have a good exposure to the sun and the well-draining cultivation soil.

As a repellent plant in the garden, it helps repel insects such as whiteflies or aphids and helps keep fungal pathogens such as powdery mildew and mould at bay.
