Wild Thailand comes from the islands of Ko Chang, where this native variety has been grown during many generations. Despite the repressive laws in that country, farmers in the region have preserved and reproduced the best examples of this strain, which were then brought to Bangkok and smuggled throughout South East Asia to finally get into our gardens, thanks to World of Seeds.
This true landrace genetics have a disproportionate growth in height, developing many secondary branches. Indoors, it is better to either move the plants rapidly into flowering or germinating them directly with a flowering photoperiod.
Despite the relatively rapid flowering of this landrace - 90 days approximately - a photoperiod of 13h of darkness and 11h of light can be applied to shorten the flowering period. The yield may reach 300 grams per m2 indoors and 500 grams per plant outdoors. To increase the harvest you can use larger pots, although this is only recommended for outdoor crops, since indoors we should control its height.
The smell and taste offered by this strain is quite similar from one individual to another. A gentle sweetbitter touch on a sour lemony background will delight all fans of Thai genetics.
Wild Thailand is one of the available cannabis strains with the highest THC content, that can reach around 23%. The effect is electric, powerful, motivating, euphoric and long lasting.
