Alchimia Grow Shop is glad to present Carmagnola, a hemp seeds classic produced by Kokopelli Association. This dioco hemp variety (produces male and female plants) is traditional from Italy. Its origin is located in Carmagnola, in northern Italy, and it takes the name. Other varieties such as Ferrarese, Bolognese or Toscana originated from subsequent selections.
Carmagnola plants have traditionally been cultivated to produce biomass, fibre and seeds. It is a quite productive plant, offering:
- Biomass: 10-15 tons per hectare
- Seed production: 400-600 kg per hectare
- Flowers 600-1000 kg per hectare
It is one of the easiest varieties to cultivate and adapts well to different climates. The complete cultivation cycle takes about 160-180 days. It produces plants up to 3.5m. It has a low THC content, the psychoactive compound present in cannabis. The CBD concentration is between 4-8%.
