Capsicum annum
Ñora Pepper produces small, rounded and thin-fleshed fruits. Once the fruits have ripened, they have to be hung to dry, thus they preserve very well.
In cooking, it is mainly used in stir-fries and to elaborate romescu, xató or “calçots” sauces.
